WHAT IS QUADPAY
?
QuadPay is an installment payment platform that allows you to pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card. QuadPay automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 payments, every two weeks. QuadPay empowers our Besos Familia to buy now and pay over time!

WHY WOULD I USE QUADPAY?
By using QuadPay you have the opportunity to split your  purchase into four (4) easy installments and pay for your order over time, instead of all-at-once.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES QUADPAY ASK FOR?
QuadPay will ask for your name, address, date of birth, a US mobile number, and a US debit or credit card sign up. Additionally, QuadPay requires a mobile phone number and text message verification to get started instead of having a traditional username and password.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND WITH QUADPAY?

Each transaction is assessed before it is approved and QuadPay does not approve every order. QuadPay considers a variety of factors to determine approvals and spend limits. If you are a repeat purchaser and have made all your repayments in time, you’ll likely receive a higher limit than someone who is a new customer.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR QUADPAY?

It’s easy! Sign up while you checkout on our Besos website. For the initial sign up, QuadPay will ask for your date of birth, a US mobile number and a US debit or credit card. Once you’ve entered your information, you'll know if you are approved instantly!

WHO CAN YOU QUADPAY?
In order to have an account with QuadPay, you must:

  • Live in the US
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
  • Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase

HOW CAN I CHECK MY QUADPAY ORDERS OR ACCOUNT?
You can check current and past orders on the QuadPay Customer Portal. Simply log in to view your account by entering your mobile number or email address. Log into QuadPay's Customer Portal at the following link: https://customer.quadpay.com/login

Verify your information and get instant access to current or past orders, edit your information, add a payment card and view your payments.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED ABOUT MY QUADPAY INSTALLMENTS?
QuadPay notifies customers with payment reminders via SMS and email before each payment is due.

WHEN IS MY FIRST QUADPAY PAYMENT DUE?
Your first payment of 25% of the total purchase price is due at the time of checkout. The remaining three payments will be billed automatically, every two weeks from the first payment date.

CAN I PAY OFF MY QUADPAY INSTALLMENTS EARLY?
Of course! Simply log in to QuadPay’s Customer Portal and choose the order you wish to pay off early. You can access the portal at this link: https://customer.quadpay.com.

IF I RETURN MY QUADPAY ORDER, WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Online returns from Besos are refunded via store credit in the form of a Besos code. Refunds issued for returned items do not affect your QuadPay installments. When returning items by mail on a purchase made using QuadPay, you will still need to complete your payments to QuadPay as Besos processes returns and refunds separately.

Please allow 5-7 business days after your return package is received at our Distribution Center for processing. You will receive an email after your return has been processed by our Returns Department. Your E-Gift Card code will be sent to the email on file for the order in question. This store credit can be used for online purchases on the Besos website and never expires!
